The experience at Restaurant Knöpfle and its team
Restaurant Knöpfle is a renowned restaurant in Bad Säckingen for good, traditional to fine cuisine, which serves exceptional cuisine in a beautiful setting. Our culinary philosophy is the result of the careful work of our chefs. They develop menus that make room for the best regional ingredients of every season. At Restaurant Knöpfle, we look after each guest individually so that they can remember the meal long after the last bite.
Michaela Beck, the owner, has been working in the restaurant for a long time and has decided in 2023 to close the restaurant from March 2024
(formerly Restaurant “Le Jardin”) from Christian Herzog.
Due to the different strengths throughout the team, the team complements each other perfectly and can thus provide an optimal experience for the guest.
The well-known high quality is also maintained by taking over almost the entire permanent staff (chefs and restaurant employees).
The menu has been redesigned so that, in addition to fine cuisine, good, home-style dishes are also offered.
